probably due to the implication that "the ethnic vote" is a separate entity and there fore it is not a very inclusive statement.

the question that everyone should have--Francophones, Anglophones, allophones, gays, QPs--is this: will she govern based on what's truly in the best interest of Quebec long term (um, hi, economy)? or will she govern on a separtist agenda (picking fights with Harper, extending 101, etc)? she can't do both.
