After this season, Leafs TV will no longer be broadcasting Leaf Games..they will be split 50-50 by tsn/sportsnet (except for Saturday nights).
So says, Anselmi - billyberg10
So Leafs TV is done than? How can they survive on chit chat & showing old games? Though I would miss the old Leaf games, especially from the 60's & 70's.
I'll miss Foster Hewit saying "THE TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS HAVE WON THE STANLEY CUP! |

Rychel in his playing days was one tough dude. Quite durable too, much more than Colton Orr. - GCHonda
from 88-89 to 93-94 he had 1950PIM |

I would have rather have Warren Rychel than Robert Reichel. Warren Rychel was a better enforcer than Robert Reichel was a scorer. - GCHonda
warren actually played half a season with the buds.. their fourth line at the time was baumgartner, domi, and rychel
they didnt do a whole lot of scoring lol
EDIT: in 26 games with the leafs warren had 1 goal, 6 assists, and 107 penalty minutes |

I wonder what Bob McGill do for a living now? He was very uninspired, when he worked there, especially beside Andi Patrillo. Now she's gone, PJ Stock can now have the sloppy seconds! |

He can go work Toronto's CP24 to do the sports braodcasts. They seem to like hiring stiffs. |

He's also an alumni and can sit in the private box for free. Now that's worth one goal, don't you think? I think most of us here, would almost give an arm or a leg to at least have played one game for our storied franchise. Sure, the idiots from other teams can laugh at us for supporting the blue and white, but it's our culture and they'll never understand it. The past Cups, great playoff runs, great storied players that played here. Sittler, as a Leaf, wins the First Canada Cup, Paul Henderson, as a Leaf, is the deciding factor as scoring hero, for team Canada '72. His goal defined a Nation. He was a Leaf. It's our culture, our heritage.....just like the Canadiens fans who are on here. Something the Canuck fans will never understand. |

Legend who died way toooooooooo soon. Just like Hendrix, Joplin. Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain. John Henry Bonham, Bon Scott, Randy Rhoads, Keith Moon, Ritchie Valens, Buddy Holly, King Elvis. No disrespect to anyone I've forgotten. Feel free to add more names. |

I think most Leaf fans give an arm/leg to just WATCH them play live ....could you imagine what a guy would give up to play a game with them!?....given that he could actually play hockey, of course. I know Id be stupid excited if I were given the chance to play a few shifts out there with any NHL team! |

He had GREAT stats as a junior. Perhaps he just never got his chance with the right team. |

Of course. I'm give my left arm just to have been in one episode of Seinfeld, aswell I'd do the same just to be a winger on a line with Sittler & Lanny or Derlago & Vaive or Gilmour & Clark. Or play defense with Borje in front of Palmateer. |
