On a un chalet a gallix qu'on a acheté il y a 8 ans, la valeur du chalet est passé de 70K a 220K et ca continue de monter J'etais a sept-Iles il y 2 semaines pour quelques jours...il n'y a pas beaucoup de maison a vendre et la ville manque de terrain pret a vendre, le marche a jamais ete aussi hot qu'en ce moment.
