Satan tells him his call will cost $1,000,000.

Jacques Chirac calls France and tell them not to forget who they are.

Satan tells him his call will cost $5,000,000.

Jean Charest takes the phone and calls Québec. He speaks for 4 hours straight, the two former presidents laughing about his incoming phone bill.


Charest hangs up, and Satan tells him his call will cost him $4. The two others, incredulous, whine and start saying it's not fair, to what Satan answers:
