A few things...
1)It would be the best available.

2)Supply and demand. There's only one major league in North America, it would have the best players of the North American leagues. People demand to see hockey, there's only one source, people will pay what they're used to paying to see it.

3)Players wanting to play in North America would have no choice but to leave the NHLPA, and cross the line... and it's likely that a few would- These guys are forced into this union(if they want to play in the NHL). I know a few people in unions that would much rather be on their own, because they dislike the decisions that are made for them.(dumb people, mind you, but nobody's ever said NHLers are rocket scientists)

4) Look up the word "proof". Nothing has been proven, by either side. One side(yours) has provided unsubstantiated, emotion-driven opinions. The other side (me) has provided real-world examples to counter each point and make my own.

The fact that you guys can't keep the different examples separate... that's your problem, not mine.
