bowl of oatmeal (steel cut) cooked in skim milk with a little brown sugar and maple syrup.

orange juice (no pulp )

handful of blueberries.

coffee (1 at home, 1 at Tim Horton's)

now this a breakfast for a happy colon. some milled flax in it is also very good for regularity.

I enjoy lemons and limes very much. Also tomatos. Eat them like apples.

I sometimes eat onions like that too, but mostly when my gf is complaining about cutting onions. I'll just walk over and take a huge bite.
