i follow the guidance of Ramsay:
constant stirring, alternating between on and off the heat so as to not overcook.
sometimes i add a bit of milk.
will likely chop some green bell pepper into this batch and i do have some cheddar cheese and ham so i guess there are several ways that i can go with this.

all are understandable, even the ketchup. despite my utter disgust towards it it's a perfect fit with tater tots.

only thing I'm not really down with is the drink but I dislike sweet beverages anyway. coffee/tea/milk are the only acceptable choices for breakfast as far as I'm concerned.

it's great. we finally have a couple of them in nyc now but you have to be very strategic on when to shop there, it gets insanely crowded and the shelves get wiped out quickly.
