toasting bread, browning chicken, frying french fries, etc... anytime you do that chemical reaction flavors get elevated and food becomes better

I don't hate toasting stuff, I just don't do it myself. If I'm at someone's house and they're making burgers and toast the bun ill still eat it. I'm not really that picky of an eater, except coconut. (frank) coconut.
