lol. The bagel is still a contributor to the awesomeness of my fave breakfast sandwich, so take it out in favor of an e. muffin and the experience looses some of its lustre, like from exhilarating to simply satisfying. It's still good though.

And here I was, defending Dt's morning club's merit, thinking it was that heavenly meal that I adore... but it wasn't quite it :/

no. been trying not to female dog about it but recovery isn't really going well. i went for a follow up today. it's going to be at least 2 more weeks. still a lot of pain and swelling.

doc says this was a "pretty big hernia" and he had to "make a pretty big hole"

he switched my pain meds and sent me back home and wants to see me again on the 25th.
