One of our sales reps has a blueberry farm and a chinese chestnut orchard. Every year he brings me a pound or 2 of the chestnuts. You put a slice in them then put in the micro for a minute.

Almost as good as fire roasted but still yum.

you sure you know what a cashew is? they are expensive and i would say generally not the dominant nut in a mix due to cost alone.
