ended up with toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with almond butter and sliced banana.

Tomato juice with lemon pepper.

i will report back with my findings.

monster makes the best ebergy drinks.


energy drinks too. i think ebergy plays for the oilers.

I didn't know they made a shake. I just tried the orange sunrise one, it was pretty good. Tasted like orange soda kind of.

i am a fan of the sunrise one now. no sugar in it so i could conceivably have it in the mornings when i decide to get back into my size 34 jeans.

i drink the monster java drinks by the carton in the mornings, especially in the summer. but they are loaded with sugar.

oh and if you haven't had the monster khaos yet, try that. it is like the sunrise on crack. it has sugar and is more carbonated. it's probably my favorite. it's got juice in it too.

the super wawas always have it but the small wawas never do.

my current super wawa just replaced it with the sunrise, but i am hoping that was only temporary because there are 2 spots for the sunrise. hopefully they were just out of the khaos and filled its spot with that because the cans look alike. or just made a mistake for the same reason.

i have had the absolutely zero and it is good. i am just too weak and always end up buying a sugary one.
