How do you cut a bagel into 12 pieces with only 3 cuts?




Slice in half horizontally, slice in half vertically, place the four pieces on top of each other so they match up vertically then slice lengthwise vertically in half. Because of the hole you will have 8 small pieces and 4 larger ones.
