normally I'd leave the yolk a bit leaky but I knew I had to eat this one on the run so I kinda mashed the yolk and waited until it was cooked through but not dry.

the lack of cheese was definitely noticeable as I ate it.

you have one of those tiny egg pans?
- Crimsoninja

no, I used the same pan this morning for the following in that order:

1- french toast for the kid
2- slices of bacon for the kid, the wife and I
3- fried the egg in the bacon grease

no crack and stir in mwave safe dish which is same diameter as english muffin -
I toast muffin and then put egg, ham or bacon plus salt pepper and cheese on bottom - nuke for another 10 secs max to melt cheese then take out put top on and eat.

yes will probably try it this weekend with a mild cheddar. I figure that might be the best approximation of american cheese.

Today I had a bagel with bacon and habenaro cheese. Drinks were hot chocolate and some orange juice.

I drink about 12-15 cups of coffee a day and yet orange juice upsets my stomach if I have it in the morning.

meh... not too crazy about the stuff.

when I want juice in the AM I'll usually run an apple (the fruit, not the HB poster) and a couple of carrots through the Jack LaLanne juicer.
