in honor of this i had a breakfast hoagie for lunch. it was the italian variety. eggs cheese salami and ham i think it was in there. not as gross as it sounded either.

it's like 2 lbs of scrambled eggs dumped into a hoagie roll with cheese and some kind of meats. i couldn't tell all that was in there. pretty sure there was salami and some kind of ham.

but i kind of think the italian part in the name is just about what is in the sandwich.

like the turkey one (which just sounds gross to me) for instance. i feel like that has nothing to do with turkey the country, and more to do with the meat they put in the sandwich.
