when I want juice in the AM I'll usually run an apple (the fruit, not the HB poster) and a couple of carrots through the Jack LaLanne juicer.

sorry for the strange angle guys but my phone battery was critically low and the camera would only operate if it was plugged in. this is as far as I could stretch the cord (no code).



this is the friday breakfast special at the office:

English muffin (lightly buttered on demand)
slice of cheese
egg
tomato
lettuce
bacon

I asked for tabasco and hot peppers which you can see staining the egg and protruding from the top.

Avila wants to pursue other interests and spend more time with his wife and children, who were unable to relocate and have continued to live in Albany, N.Y., since he took the helm of Health Department in Harrisburg early last year, the governor said in a statement.

Early in his tenure, Avila reportedly got into an argument with a Harrisburg cafe owner over the freshness of an egg sandwich and shouted: "Do you know who I am? I am the secretary of health!"
