about halfway through it he saw my eggs and toast and asked if we could trade breakfasts.

dude, i'm as slow as can be and i'm getting on just fine. my heart alone weighs 77 lbs.

not a problem. you have to train the body to deal with adversity. besides, it turns out arteries have all kinds of extra room that we don't even need.
