I think most people brew it too dark. It has to be steeped very lightly or else it becomes bitter.

try with a high quality one. usually the regular sutff you'll find in grocery stores has more tea branches in it than actual tea leaves.

edit: this is what casues the bitterness

jr eats an apple in the car on the way to school but he usually only gets halfway though so I eat the rest.


it's happened that I forget there's a half eaten apple in the back seat and I only eat it in the evening when I leave the office.




edit: crims, this reminds me. I saw the Jurassic Park: The Ride guy on his trike again this morning but in a completely different area than the one I usually see him in

edit: it was pretty damn tasty.

cafeteria was busy this morning and I was talking to someone while she was making mine so I got distracted. normally I would add tabasco and ask them to throw on some hot peppers.
