was trying to offset the chance of heart burn and passed on the oj.

Thought about going with whole milk but I was very tired and didn\\\\\\\'t want to load up on fat and calories so early in the morning.

however, i also drank a lot of water this morning. it was at about 5am. but it was due to half a bottle of johnny walker (red ) that i had yesterday afternoon.
