Not to mention said deal may impact the eventual line up decisions. But he's right, there's not much to talk about lately, today's big offer being the exception. - BulliesPhan87
I'd like to see the entire offer, but what's been released is a start. |

Nhlpa conf call didn't greet the @nhl offer with the same enthusiasm as the street. Still a ways to go but that is not un expected. |

NHLPA conf call has ended. Nothing certain, but a counter proposal is expected in next 24-48 hrs. |

As we discussed on TSN's Sportscentre, NHL proposal includes the potential for retaining salary in trades. |

And teams can go over the cap this year? So this is looking good for us eh? In theory? |

I don't think the Flyers were going to be over maybe close to it. |

It may have already been discussed, but how will they be able to get in an 82 game season without killing the players?

In the link I posted above the season would basically have 3 weeks added to what would have been the end of the regular season (April 13) |

Interesting: top 10 $ earning teams will pay up to 50% of revenue sharing pie in NHL proposal. |

Ah, league welfare. So that means the Leafs, Rangers, Habs, Red Wings, Bruins, Hawks, Canucks, Flyers, Pens, and Kings will have to pay off the dead-weight teams to stay afloat. It'd be best to shoot for #11.
