My first reaction: "Ohhhhhhh no Scott that was not good...very stupid...very unnecessary.

My reaction after a few replays: "Ok well...dude....what are trying to duck a hit in that way? You put yourself in a terrible position...."

Conclusion? Worthy of a suspension, but I wouldn't say 10. That's a tad steep. Both parties are at "fault" though.
