You're ommitting the fact that some of his "advisors" only qualifications are that they know football... and they go coach the football team while "on the clock" for their jobs as city officials...

I know he has done stupid things but you are right, it was over $3000 and the fact that he voted that he didn't have to repay it. The vote was 22-12 so it's not like it was close.
