Oh I agree, I just misunderstood what you meant. What's Kessel up to these days btw? - celata29
Based on what I saw the other day at the gas station, eating cheeseburgers. |

The President of Vancouver? - Atomic Wedgie
U.S President Thadeus Cleghorn Trophy III. Not much of value to say about his administration exept that the First Lady was a Trophy wife.

Wedgie update:
Taps are in. Fridge and refridgeration equipment are in.
I need to go get a couple of 20L kegs and fill up my CO2 canister. Then my beer guy will come back and adjust the pressure lines.
So close.
So beautifully close.
I love you guys! |

You might never post again. BTW, how long do 20L kegs stay fresh? |

From what I hear, you can get about 3.5 weeks out of them.
But I'll let you know for sure in the coming weeks. |

You can get way more out of them than that, if you know what you’re doing. Keep them dead cold. Like, close to zero. And when not in use, crank the pressure on the CO2 tanks up super super high. That’ll stop them from going flat.
That said, there’s no reason to have beer that long, unless you’re buying in massive quantities. |

As long as Getzlaf, Perry, and an elite goalie are under that tree, you could put Kessel’s real head up there and I wouldn’t care. |

How dare you.... Kessel will still score 40 goals this season even if the season is canceled. He is a perennial 40 goal scorer you know

Thanks for the advice. I fully admit to having no idea what I'm doing (I've never worked in a bar or restaurant) so I'm going to need to have the guy walk me through everything.
The math is a little daunting:
Call 20L 40 glasses of beer (imperial pint is 568 mL, US pint is 473 mL).
So one 20L keg is no real problem - 10 beers a week.
But when I add the second, I'm going to have to rely on friends and neighbours.
Mrs. Wedgie has indicated that although she will enjoy a frosty mug or two, she can't be relied upon to do heavy drinking in times of need.
Yeah, I'm going to have a word with her. |

UWO fraternity life was my source of Keg Management 101. When you’re going through 20 kegs in a night, and you end up with 2 or 3 tapped kegs half full, after a party, you learn how to preserve those, to provide you beer for as long as possible. |

Neither has Dougie Hamilton, but i'm sure you bring him up when you decide to complain - jbold
Shhh shhh.
Dougie is 19 year top 10 pick...not a 24 year old AHL/NHL'er.
Not sure what he has to do with the conversation
Are you still hung over from the great Grey Cup or do you have a bad case of "the dumb"? |

Time for a poll. Answer each number accordingly.
1) In what order would you pick from 1-9 for the 2013 between these players (mackinnon, jones, drouin, domi, barkov, lazar, erne, shinkaruk, monohan).
2) Who do you think, depending on our position, burke will most likely pick for the draft?
3) Since there is no hockey and most likely wont resume this season, will luongo be a leaf by the summer yes or no if burke pulls the trigger?
4) What players do you see Burke going after in the summer? Free agency or teams who have too much cap due to the salary cap being lowered? (example: getzlaf, perry, zajac, horton, clowe) |

Polls usually consist of one question and a selection of answers.
1) In what order would you pick from 1-9 for the 2013 between these players (mackinnon, jones, drouin, domi, barkov, lazar, erne, shinkaruk, monohan).
MacKinnon, Barkov, Jones, Monahan. Too early to tell the rest.
2) Who do you think, depending on our position, burke will most likely pick for the draft?
Whoever he picks will be at the top of his list.
3) Since there is no hockey and most likely wont resume this season, will luongo be a leaf by the summer yes or no if burke pulls the trigger?
Nothing like trading players without a CBA.
4) What players do you see Burke going after in the summer? Free agency or teams who have too much cap due to the salary cap being lowered? (example: getzlaf, perry, zajac, horton, clowe)
Signing UFAs without a CBA is almost as fun as trading players without a CBA. |

1) I totally don't know about any of these kids yet really
2) Impossible to say, because realistically that pick could in a lot of different places...Leafs could win the draft lotto, or they could finish in the playoffs if there is a season and be drafting outside of the top 14, and anywhere in between. You never know. All I bet is that he won't trade the pick.
3) Probably not, I honestly don't think Burke can stomach the contract.
4) Either way next summer the Leafs will have a ton of cap space and I think Burke will go hard after all those big names. It won't surprise me to see them be the Wild of next off season, spend big money and add a couple of huge guys. It's their cap space opportunity after all and Burke'll be looking to do like the Jays just did or any team does when it can, buy huge talent while he's got the chance

1. MacKinnon, Monohan, Shinkaruk, Domi, Barkov, Drouin, Jones, Lazar, Erne
2. Best forward available, perferably a C
3. Depends when the CBA is signed and what it consists of.
4. See 3 above. |
