There was TIME in October to hold out. There is NO TIME to hold now.

Even if the proposal is the same on paper, the proposal carries different relevance and importance as time goes on.

I don't believe for one second that "the current proposal" would have been accepted in October because it MIGHT be accepted now.

I disagree that I'm wrong. Fehr doesn't call the shots. The players do. Fehr knows what a good deal is, and would recognize that. The player know what a good deal is. They would've have made tweaks to the offer just as they have now. And in my opinion it would've led to a quick deal.
