The Blacker thing, it's actually quite a reasonable comparison. Blacker played a defensive dman role originally for Windsor, due to the offensive guys they had. Top defensive dman on a top OHL team. Then traded to OS, top Dman on an OHL championship squad. Team Canada invite, but cut. Finalist for the top OHL dman. Sound familiar? Except, Blacker's teams fared a little better, and his numbers are a little better. You can laugh all you want, but any reasonable person looks at them and figures out that they're very comparable. Corrado is just a little behind where Blacker was..... But hey, if he works on it, maybe he can get there.

Bieksa: when a team has only a certain amount of roster spots, and enough guaranteed contracts to fill those spots, sometimes its just a number thing.
