You do understand that we only beat them 2-1 right? Not just that, they outplayed team Canada for the majority of the game.

Correction: I cant stand the current version of the Canucks. I love the Sedins. They are awesome to watch. Personally I also like Corrado. I think he'll be a 3-4 D guy. The rest of the team I cant stand.
But what makes it even worse is Canuck fans. They are the worst on the planet.

I'm with you guys. Yak has a world class shot. You can't help but think he'd excell on a line with two great playmakers.

I think trading him now would be a big mistake.There is no way you get maximum value (as one poster said) for him now when we don't even know what we have yet.

Of course there are no guarantees, as with any prospect. However we do know that he can skate like the wind, has a dynamite shot, and as much drive to win as anybody.

He's been good, but no, not top 3 in the tourney.

I cant believe no one gives the usa a chance in the knockout round. Yeah they lost 2-1 to can/russia but were in both games and gibson is as good as any goalie in the tournament. I dont know if they can beat canada but they certainly have a chance. The top 4 def on the usa team is the best in the tournament. If any forwards other than galchenyuk get it going they can beat anyone. To me they were a much tougher test for canada than russia. I only see can or usa winning this tournament.
