Why do I keep coming here?! I tell myself I'm not going to get excited when I read positive news, then all of a sudden Ek's Optimism Meter gets to "Sharpen the blades," and I immediately text all of my friends telling them "NHL's BACK!" and then quit my job to do nothing but watch the NHL Network. both side have leverage....

From my understanding there is no indication that the anit trust motions would work. The courts would take years to get all of those motions completed.
