I'm the exact opposite. I hate everything that involves the Penguins. There is not one player on that team that I like. Bunch of babies who have some self-entitlement problems to fix.
I do, however, like Byslma. It was really hard not to hate him during 24/7.
In a couple of seasons when guys like Callahan, Krieder, Stepan, and Miller come into their primes--I'm going to have a huge problem hating the Rangers. - KGBflyers10
i am having a hard time hating the rangers as well for those exact players. it is impossible not to respect what callahan brings.
i think that series had some black marks for both teams. both players teams took shots. neither team hesitated to go after the other. however, i just get mad when its players like asham or rinaldo that are barely worthy of regular minutes that go after guys like giroux or malkin. but thats how it is i guess.
as of now, Crosby appears to be in terrific shape and ready to go, although im sure the threat of a cataclysmic injury will always be at the forefront of everyones mind - stayinthefnnet
Even if they were to draft that kind of defenseman, he'd take years to develop into that player. The Flyers need is a bit too immediate to solve that way.
Of course, I certainly hope they draft and develop a top defenseman either way. - BulliesPhan87
They need a stud on that blueline without question. There just aren't that many to go around. One way or another they have to get one.
if he stays healthy, i think he has a hell of a season (or whatevers left of it) points wise. however, i think its fair to say that for both the pens and flyers, they are going to be getting to the point where the regular season and its accolades arent going to be the marker to judge them anymore. the art ross wont mean a thing for crosby or giroux if they get shelled in the playoffs
tough to say, but if they just flat out suck I'd say yes. If they can't play his up tempo style he could be in trouble. If the team is playing well, but the goalies are the problem I'd say no he is ok.
Overall I'd day he is safe for this year unless the wheels come off completely.
So did I until around Thanksgiving(US). I was looking through some AHL stuff and saw he was playing for the Marlies.
As of now, in 28 games for the Marlies, Ranger has 18 points(5 goals) in 28 games, with a +17 & 32 PIM....looking for more in depth numbers for him - Jsaquella
i'd be very interested, there's your carle replacement
The Canucks time has come and gone like the Sharks. Sorry to disagree with you.
I hope I'm wrong but I get a bad feeling that Fleury is going to put it back together and the Pens are going to do it to rub salt into the Flyers fans lockout wound. - mayorofangrytown
I would rather the Penguins win, than the Rags. - PLindbergh31
Crosby is going to dominate. - MJL
You are all wise men.
I'd rather have the lockout last all season than have either of those teams win. - LJF
