Grigs was good Garth but I feel Jhonas who I pick as the Sabres unsung hero this year and Miller were the ones that 'stole the show' last night.

Jhonas has looked really sharp going all the way back to the Northtown Center.

Every team has prospects that are/will impress. It's camp and Grigs is playing against quite a few players who sat on their asses winning about how tough their lives are for the past several months. Impressing right now equals squat.

A lot of these players were playing overseas or down in Rochester just for your information.

Make no mistake , Garth goes overboard with Grigs which I think is a riot because he gets a rise out of many for doing so but he is right for propping Grigs last night from the scrimmage.

Grigs was, besides Miller and Enroth the most noticable Sabre on the ice and had many good looks on Miller but Miller being Miller was better even though Grigs beat Ryan once ringing one off the crossbar.

I can't believe Buffalo drafted the next best NHL player 12th. Unreal.

I know im a habs fan I was paying close attention to that draft haha. Tbh I really like Grigo especially at 12th just garth is going to make the poor kid hated

Us real Sabre fans know that Grigo is a really talented prospect with a good ceiling. We keep it real when it comes to his ability. Garth just sees him as 200 pounds of flashy man meat and well.

Those 10-15 games are going to be BIG games . Every game is BIG this season for that matter.

For a guy who will be in net for about 25% of the games this season I would say Enroth being sharp and going something like 9-3 would make him an unsung hero.

With 4 of the 9 defensemen set to be UFA's at the end of the season, doesnt it make more sense to trade one of those 4 than to deal sekera?

i really have a good feeling about the season ............lots of talent !!!!! have a feeling we all will be pleasantly surprised !!!!seems to me like were moving in the right direction !!!! but whos the odd man out on defense ?any trade rumors going on out there !!!!cant wait for sunday cant wait for sunday cant wait for sunday !!!!!!
