The thing is they have to do something to legitimize themselves. Subban is a good young defenseman who has the potential to be great. You can't keep hoarding picks. Snow has to take the next step. Should have been doing it last year if you ask me, he stated as such himself and then sat on his hands. I'm not saying Subban is the answer especially with the talent in this draft though but it's an option and one thats not to far out there. After watching the prospects game I'm pissed we don't have our 2nd we used on Vis. Couple guys that are projected to go in that round looked better than Mckinnon. Seth Jones is sick

Hamonic and Subban, for differing reasons, are pretty on par with eachother. Their points are comparable.

Subban is prone to take himself out of position when he goes for those highlight reel hits. He's also prone to taking a ton of penalties because he can be a hot-head.

I wouldn't give Hamonic $5m/5 years right now either.
