I heard an awesome interview on the radio with Snow today. The highlight was when he said he made his decision to go there in 2001 because Wang took over the team, and that since day 1 Wang has run this club like a first class organization. I just about poop myself.

One game and I'm sick of this team already. I'd rather see Casey, Nelson, and Nino even if they are not 100% ready. Playing for the Isles is like playing for Bridge anyway. At least they will be ahead of the game next year. Anything is better than this. These 47 games wil be a nightmare to get through.

The Pens ownership (Lemieux) and the GM (Shero) know what they are doing. The Islanders ownership and management are useless. I'm hoping when the Islanders move to Brooklyn the Nets owners (Prokorov and Radner) will buy the team. Snow would be fired in the first hour of new ownership...

I'm ok with losing and I don't expect miracles at this point but the (frank) in (frank)s sake is aucoin,c.mcdonald,ullstrom an acceptable 3rd line and why does Martin only play 9 (frank)ing minutes tonight. And why the (frank) is aucoin on the ice in the last minute when grabner was all over the place?

oh man totally understand. I just thought for as much time off as the Isles had coming out in front of a full house they would have given some effort. They (frank)ing suck - from ownership to the Ice Girl who's (frank)ing Hamonic.

JT is now going to be the NHL version of the 1981 "LT" with the NY Giants. Triple team him because you have nothing else to worry about. Althought if T. Hamonic keeps developing this way we truly have two corner stone peices until Strome arrives. But at some point developing needs to equal W's.
Now for the rest of the team, well get Mr. Gomes agent on the phone Garth. We need to get to the floor still and we need a puck carrying presence. Let's face PA was not an All-Star but we never replaced him, and Gomez could be an good option.
The ugly.... I agree with Weight, Streit at 15 minutes played fine - less is more until he is traded. A total defensive liabiltiy as proven on Zajac's goal! Thanks Marc, but time to move on.... And now we all see that #24 is never going to sniff 15 goals let alone 40 ever again. He is awful......

Let's be honest the Isles threw out a beer league lineup. I also thought Weight had more on the ball than Jack but I'm not so sure now. He brings more emotion but I'm not sure what else?

I'm tired of KO and Streit. Move them both. Travis is a keeper. I do not care how bad MM left things the team should be beter than this at this stage.

Again, i say.......at this stage of the game, the roster is dissapointing at best. How can they put this product on the ice in all seriousness. There is no way this team can comptete with any other team in our division. NO WAY!
