Grossman AND schenn make little sense as top 4 dmen in a lavaliotte system - Just5

Close enough that it should merit a review. - pharcyde
I don't believe that is reviewable.

I really think today's loss had to do with the mixture of rust and fatigue after playing back to back games. And If you look ahead in the schedule the Flyers definitely need to take advantage of playing some weaker teams. Overall the next 12 games are all definitely winnable considering their opponents. |

I would not be upset if I read that Homer traded Coots for Subban tonight. Flyers could use the defense. And wtf is up with Coby? Has he played in the last two games cause I certainly haven't seen him on the ice. He's been invisible. |

I feel like the puck went in a split second before the whistle was even blown, but apparently nobody picked up on that. - pharcyde
doesn't matter, ref can say he had the "intent" to blow the whistle |

The Flyers definitely had less legs in the 3rd. Have to straighten out the special teams. That is the biggest issue right now. |

Yeah seriously. How does that work Hartnell gets goalie interference for being interfered with. Absurd. refs were god awful today. Worse than the norm and I normally don't rag on the refs... But man.. That was a poopshow. |

I really like Subban and I would love to see him on this team. If there is an opportunity to trade for him I would definitely do it. |

It's not where the puck is located when the whistle blows. Once the ref loses sight of the puck, at that moment in his mind, the play is dead regardless. |

To me, a lot of the issues they're having boil down to rust and lack of cohesion.
Even the penalties are coming on transition turnovers where a pass is flubbed or ill advised and picked off, resulting in an odd man rush or fast transition where guys get caught having to change direction quickly.
If the same troubles exist after a few more games, it'll be time to worry. Right now, they have to work and work hard to correcting it and shaking the rust off. |

Correct. That's why it's not a reviewable play.

Nope, he says he wants to play in MTL but I'm not really so sure that's the case. |

The problems the Flyers are having are correctable. I believe they will correct them.
