It's only 2 games, wait until the 10 game mark and then we'll know whether or not Kadri's for real. He's in midseason form because he played all year on the Marlies so he has a step on a lot of the ones who haven't played all year in the AHL or Europe.

I agree, it's a short season but that doesn't mean that you can completely change your opinion of players/teams based on the first 2 games of the season after a very short camp.

I think it'll take at least 10-15 games to get fitness levels more or less on par across the league. In a 48 game season that's a lot of games if you're schedule happens to start you off against teams already in shape. That's why the playoff picture this year will pack some surprises.

If we were offered Kadri and Bozak for Lu and Gillis said no he is an idiot. Bozak is a terrific Faceoff man and Kadri so far looks like a good player. He would instantly be our best prospect which we are lacking. That deal I am sure is all but dead right now.

Focus on those teams and you will find your trade
