I also agree, although I'd be willing to fork out money based on work ethic, if I think a kid has the drive to get it done. Skill is great, but if I were a GM (armchair GM I know) work ethic would be #1 on my list. Take people who are willing to do whatever it takes to be the best.

Kadri's a great example, he's always had the skill, but he had a poop attitude and work ethic around it for the longest time and he didn't get it done. He's starting to get his head straight now and it's showing.
