Large, xtra sauce (because no one puts enough sauce on pizza and without sauce it isn't a pizza "pie"), mushrooms, onions, sweet peppers & salami. I'll throw in Lilia, he can drive it over. - mayorofangrytown
I bet you'd be surprised at how he stacks up all time in playoff stats. He's got a couple bad games on his resume that over shadow a lot of great games that he stole for Vancouver. - mayorofangrytown
I'll take your word for it. I barely have time to follow Philly. I don't see much western conf. play. I am going on reputation and what went down in that series vs. Boston where is mental toughness came into question. If a goalie is going to have mental issues, I like them to be in the same vein as this guys:
That's the highest I'd be willing to go. Even then that's probably not the best offer they get should they decide to shop him. - hereticpride
I wonder what jakes trade value is... i wish their was a bar under his name like in NHL13.. you know the bar that has no baring what so ever.. because you didn't take the time to look at their surplus.

who would yall give up for PK? - Crimsoninja
No one yet. It's been two games, I'm not ready to trade anyone away. If, 15 games from now, we're seeing the same problems defensively, then I'd entertain the idea. Just mho.
Toronto Maple Leafs coach Randy Carlyle says there's some things James van Riemsdyk needs to change and he will 'make sure' JVR is aware of those changes. Van Riemsdyk was the prize offseason acquisition of since-fired GM Brian Burke and the Leafs need JVR to finally deliver on his massive potential. Carlyle, for one, wants him to use his 6-foot-3 frame in front of the net. "That’s one of things we are going to ask him," Carlyle said. "He is a big man who can go to the front of the net. He has soft hands around the net, we want to see him drive the puck that area, push people off the puck."

So basically Carlyle wants him to do what a lot of us were saying he should do...but he never could consistently do. Much like Carter, JVR was good when he played with some aggression and grit and forgot about his disdain for getting dirty. Unfortunately with both of them, they always seemed to remember their disdain. I like JVR (and Carter) and I hope they both develop but I don't see either of them ever playing with grit on a consistent basis. Good luck wit dat Randy.
He can still go to Europe if he wants to play. - ob18
Probably make as much there as the Habs supposedly want to pay him. They're lowballing him badly. A fair price for him on a longer term deal is around $4mm. They're offering $2.75mm.
I still can't understand a team making that kind of offer and expecting the player not to have hard feelings or be a tough negotiation.
We could really use a blueliner that can score 21 goals, powerplay or otherwise. - BulliesPhan87
You have to get him the puck though. If we would be willing to change our powerplay to get guys out of the shooting lane for the dmen i'd be all for it.
Montreals pp is a lot different then ours.
With that said, we def need 21 goals on the back end for sure.
