I'm looking for some substance and something from you that backs up your statements. Every team loses a player here or there every year. You completely dismiss the young and upcoming talent on the Flyers. And completely dismiss the growth factor of those young players. It's not as if the Flyers were decemated by offseason player losses. - MJL
You're right. Im wrong.
You obviously need to hear it more then I do. |

Insinuation will get you nowhere - nails
Now that's not true. I've seen insinuations get more than one person in a whole mess of trouble, trouble with punchy fists. Not a pleasant destination. |

I don't even think Michael Leighton thought that.
You make a great point. Once you get into the playoffs, the Cup is anyone's to win. No team as a sizable advantage over another at that point. |

Yes, they lost talent. Yes, they have looked bad in the first two games. Obviously, they're doomed and not only will miss the playoffs, but end up picking third and miss picking Seth Jones or Nathan MacKinnon.
It's terrible, because a team like the Rangers, widely expected to run away with the division has started off so strongly. And no team has ever started a shortened season off poorly and recovered.

Not as awkward as when somebody who thinks they're funny, but really isn't, tries to troll. |

Man, if only we could have another great cup contending season like 2010-11. To be favorites again, sigh. |

Im going off years of watching this team. They lost.talent during the off season. To expect them to be better.then last year seems crazy to me...
I dont want them to lose. Just being real. - Flyersgod
Sheesh, we've gone through this every year since the 2007-08 season ended. How will they replace the scoring of Umberger, Lupul, Carter, Knuble, Richards, Upshall, Leino, Gagne, etc.? Relax and let's find out. |

If anyone was watching the Preds/Blues game last night, they showed a member of the Blues coaching staff showing G Brian Elliott shooters moves on an iPad prior to the shootout. I guess this is legal. |

I bet that is a move Giroux adds to his shootout arsenal. |
