the callers are absolute nightmares sometimes. I don't blam Schopp for being such an ass but then again he doesn't need to belittle people. Schopp can make good points, but I get why there is a good following of anti schoppers.

I would think they would want a more veteran guy like Leo. Especially since his contract is up after this year. Sekera doesn't fit in with their plans beyond this year, so that doesn't make sense.

As much as I'd like to get a player because I think Leo would be worth it, where are we putting said player? We already have too many for the roster as it is.

I think any trade the Sabres would make would be for a draft pick or a very good prospect. This year's crop of Free Agents are awesome and its not worth it to trade an asset for any kind of junk. But if they send Grigo back to juniors, we could use a veteran centre.

Agreed. Just makes more sense to have a meet out that way since the majority of posters seem to live east and north of the city.

I golfed with him at a tourny once...actually was pretty funny and a decent guy for the 5 hours I spent in his group.
