A little bit of both. I've had a few nights that I thought I was going to pay for in the morning, but have never actually felt bad the next day.

Generally though I'm pretty good about limiting myself. I also know that I cannot go to bed drunk, as I get the bed spins. So I think it's more or less the fact that I sober up before I even get in bed that's helped me keep that streak alive.
