As long as he continues to not be a liability on the ice I would like him to stay. I want him to learn how to live as an NHLer outside of the rink. As an 18 yr old he can't go to the bars with the team, what is he going to do?

i think the slow play on Grigs will be good for him... he has been decent but not overwhelming in his time.. But he is playing with fundamentally sound players (for the most part) and that is only going to help him learn and be better defensively in the long run. So far i approve of the way Ruff is easing him in the game, but i wish he had a better winger than hecht.

As a fan of Hecht, I don't mind him being on that line. Besides, it's better than the rest of the bottom 6...

I agree with what Goose said earlier (and before reading her post I had the same thought). We all know Lindy shuffles lines a lot, but I'd love to see Grigorenko get some time between Vanek and Pominville, maybe 1-2 shifts per period - not much to take away the chemistry-building of the top line that's needed, but to give him a taste of quality wingers, so he knows what he should work on in hopes of getting a spot like that permanently.

hecht is better than an of the others on the 4th line.. i just would prefer leino be there and hecht be back on the 4th line/PK..

not a bad idea on getting him worked in with the top guys every now and again.. wouldn't mind seeing it.. So far he really hasn't had much of a chance other than two or three times to show his skills. and one of those times it turned up a penalty if i am not mistaken

I'm with you. A 4th of Scott-Hecht-Kaleta is fine by me once Leino is back, or Gerbe-Hecht-Kaleta (Ott-Hecht-Scott if Gerbe gets 3rd line time?).
