I think Briere will help stabilize the locker room but Jagr is basically irreplaceable in that regard. Not only can he still play but he is a legend of the game and works harder than most if not all players. This is where Giroux needs to step in as captain and try to fill those shoes.

I thought she was by far the best in the movie (which I didn't think was all that great). She was also in the 25th Anniversary Les Mis concert at the O2 as Eponine (Nick Jonas of the JoBros was Marius) back in 2010 and she was even better. Would love to see her live.

we've talked jvr many times. i almost got into a fist fight over him 2 last year with a meathead drunken flyers fan at the game. i wanted them to give him another year. didn't like the move, but i can live with it. they swung for the fences with suter and weber and didn't get them. pronger's done. cba was a crapshoot. had the other schenn here. i get it. i don't see a sharp for ellison situation here. hopefully schenn blossoms into a long-term impact dman here.

Sometimes a young player needs a game off. Not uncommon. This is Schenn's 5th Season. He played 70 games as a Rookie. And the last 3 Seasons he has played 79,82, and 79 games a Season. I don't see how that is barely holding onto a 3rd pair spot.
