I always thought it was. Not that it helps me, due to local blackouts. But I'd have been pay full price for gamecenter for a few seasons now, just so I could use my tablet and PS3 to tune in.

Apparently it's available for everything BUT the PS3 including tablets, phones, the 360 and some other devices I've never heard of. How can it not be ready at this point for the PS3.

Maybe it's a legalese thing with Sony holding it up. The PS3 also has that cell processor, which gives some devs fits. Either way, it is kind of weaksauce. Not that it matters to me, I won't pay for the service until they do away with local blackouts.
