I can't wait til Bickel dresses on Saturday and plays under 2 minutes again. Get Kreider back in there and move Rupp down to the 4th line please.

I was hoping Bickel & Sestito knocked each other out forever.

He is 22 years old, with two good years in the league (45 and 51 points, respectively). He kills penalties, can play on the powerplay, and is good defensively. I think he has already proven that he is a good NHL player, but the question of whether he'll more than that is still an open one.

Don't mean to pile on Stepan, but as I said before, I think the real issue with him is his lack of speed. I think he could really benefit from power skating lessons. Actually, I think Boyle needs a refesher course as well as some boxing lessons. For a 6'7" 240 something player he's a poor fighter.

I think if we ever traded Derek Stepan away it will turn into the Doug Weight trade.

Not advocating trading Stepan, just suggesting he take the next step by trying to improve on an area that can use improvement.

So that means no Kreider again?

edit: Nevermind he is out with a bone chip in his ankle. Maybe that explains his lack of speed so far

Until St. Croix or Miller show that they are ready to handle a 2nd line center role in the nhl we kinda need Stepan. He and the rest of the guys need to wake up from hibernation and get it together.

I would love to see this Ferriero stick, he could be a solid 4th line type player for this team.

Rangers missing some of his sandpaper attitdue. We couldn't pay a 4th liner almost 3 million a year.
