Not worried, but things like the dead parrot just break me up laughing.
Pretty much anything with John Cleese cracks me up.
Different strokes I guess. - Marc D
We used to do whole skits all the time in college. Parrot was one of my favorites. Putting a Budgie Down is one I can still do in full. I had a friend who was a master of "The Penguin on Your Television Is About to Explode." Good times. |

Isn't History of the World a Mel Brooks thing? I've never seen it, so I'm no authority. - BulliesPhan87

I shook my head at Toc's tweets and moved on. - Flyskippy
I tried to but I had to reply. I'm sure they are nice enough people so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say he is influence by their off the air personalities. |

No, Baicker and Carchidi. Of course, this begs the question, are they just speculating like they do most of the time instead of digging for the actual info? |

WIP and 97.5 are clown shows. They're as real as the WWE.

One of my favorites. I performed "The Parrot Sketch" as a monologue in college and then "The Argument Sketch" with a fellow actor as our "Final" in one of my acting classes. |

I agree. I refuse to listen to them. They don't know anything about sports, just how to manipulate the homer fans and get the one's that know something riled up. Like right now. |

I haven't listened to WIP in ages and 97.5 only last night to listen to Tim & Bundy call the Flyers game while I picked up my wife's dinner. |

morganti knows hockey. and jonesey too. i could listen to them if weren't for the rest of the riff-raff. believe it or not, ray didinger is a pretty sharp hockey guy for a football guy. |

My friend had a Python DVD, some odd compilation or best the name of which I can't remember. On the back, they listed under every description, blurb, special features bullet list, and anywhere else they could that the Parrot Sketch was absolutely not on that DVD. What a strange bunch. |

Al's good but he starts to act like the rest of them at times (especially when Angelo's not there). I'm a big fan of Jonesy and Didinger as well as Ricky Bo for the Phils. But like you said, the others make it unbearable. |

Were you there at the game?
The PK in the 3rd must have been nerve wracking and then exhilarating.
What fun. - Marc D
Yes, as always.
Yes, it was so annoying when called and so much fun in the execution. I tweeted the Flyers that this was proof the crowd doesn't need assistance knowing when and how to cheer. It was fabulous! |

I like the guys who call the games on WIP and/or 97.5 like Tim & Bundy, LA & Franske for the Phils & Merrill Reese (although I think he's overrated). The rest is just noise. |
