Everything you have said is true. But b/c of the tall Italian idiot that Morganti/Jones work with, I think the show is complete trash. Haven't listened to WIP morning show for years.

Getting Morganti and Jones to talk hockey outside the show is a different story.

Didinger actually is really, really good at both his analyst role and his job on the radio.

WIP was certainly much better with a full dose of Eskin, who brings a broad base of sports knowledge to whatever venue he participates. (EDIT - THIS SENTENCE INCLUDES SARCASM).

I would actually love Eskin to come back and have a one on one contest with Dino Costa - see who can be the bigger and more fake radio Richard.

The morning show is my favorite. It's funny. I'm not listening for x's and o's. Although rhea Hughes nearly ruins it every time she talks.

Meszaros has a 3 pm doctor's visit according to our brother-in-arms, the infallible Broad Street Bull himself, Sam Carchidi.

BTW - Knuble is a great person, but dear God he f'ing sucks.

Our injury issues are a severe issue right now. Could be looking at 6-8 seed now if things break well.

Knuble does blow. I didn't like him when he was on the team before. He is a good guy

Well, we've seen that the Flyers and the NHL in general aren't worried about selling season tickets. I'll tell you what, though: the fans that will replace those turned off by the overload of nonsense? See how readily they shell out the money should the Flyers have a couple rough seasons in a row.
- BulliesPhan87

And imagine them booing their way through a 5 on 3 because they have no idea what's going on.

I keep thinking we should find a way to have a class action suit for unsafe conditions for damaging the hearing of everyone in the building. I guarantee a rock concert is not that loud. The only time I've ever been faced with that volume was sitting in front of speakers for a Puddle of Mud set...I left the pavilion and walked the grounds until the next band came on.

I heard he literally can't even skate. Whoever's centering has to push him into the zone and prop him up with a tripod in front of the net.

In a unrelated story, I hear that Knuble and Hartnell spent the offseason training together.

Last night I was saying to Sarah, who said everyone seemed so positive about the signing, that when you really like a guy, it is almost impossible to judge what he has left in the tank. I like him, but if his last year in DC is any guide, there's not much left there.

All this blame for Bryz and what goals he should have had or shouldn't have had. Point blank range and not point blank range.

The goal he gave up last night WAS his fault. I blame for simply for not reading Gaborik's mind that he was going to pass it over to Pyatt so he could have stopped it.

Friggin non mind reading goalie we got. Gomez and Redden him NOW.

I've seen Metallica in the What'sitcalled Center, and they were at loudest equal to the Flyers arena music.

Then again, Metallica's a bit too bloated and complacent to be a fair measuring stick, probably lost a couple notches on the volume knob over the years.

Fortunately, we're only putting him through a shortened grind. Fumes might be enough to get him through.
