Tarasenko and Hamilton may have a bit of a head start at this point, but if he keeps playing like last night, it's not impossible.

biggest differences are Markov and the Prust line. raised my eyebrow a bit at the term we gave Prust but i think he'll be worth every penny.

Thoughts on Eller last night EE?

I'm not so worried for Cole, he started showing signs of the net-crasher he was to create things last year. Took him 8 games last year to get going, so probably more of the same.

Desharnais has me worried though. He was capable of winning puck battles last year, where is that now?

Most impressive part of Gallagher goal last night? Galchenyuk's shoulder drop that completely froze Brodeur. It also de-activated the sticks to allow the pass to get through. Exciting stuff imo.

As someone pointed out in the discussion last night. It's nice to say that we can HEAR the 4th line when they are on the ice.

Which game does Budaj start this week?

if they keep using them at this pace, I don't mind.

looks like Galchenyuk is adjusting to the speed of the NHL nicely.

Yup being able to roll out 4 lines and have the 4th line be a pain to play against is a bonus!

he has played 51 games in the NHL prior to this season, needs less than 25 to qualify.

It's easier when you actually have 4 NHL lines not 2-1/2 and the 4th line being comprised of average defensemen.
