If only they had waited, and not signed Foster, they could have added Wade Redden. - Jsaquella
Redden averaging 18:38 ice time. Wow. I thought he was cooked. |

Any reason why McGinn and Rinaldo can't play together? Is Sestito that important?
I think it is ok that we have a rotation of 4th line goons - Sestito, Rinaldo, McGinn, etc. Always injuries. - Daman
I would be ok with that. |

He's a capable 2nd pair guy. Had he not been signed to that horrendous contract, he'd have been on somebody's blue line these past two years.
At $2.5mm, Redden would have bee a solid add. At what the Rangers were paying, he was a disaster. |

Certainly a superior player to K. Foster at this point. The injury to Meszaros really blows. |

gomaidz would have been a better addition than knuble, as well, but the timing of our injuries didn't help. |

It does. Meszaros not only worked hard to get back from the back and achillies, he was playing better than the rest of the defense when he got hurt.
Redden has fit right in with the Blues. |

It's a shame, Andrej really seemed to be in the zone. After hearing how driven he was to get back from his last injury, it's really disappointing to see him go down so fast. |

Disagree. The Flyers already have too many bodies at center. Gomez is basically a third liner at this point. Knuble can still be a big body on the PP and act as a screen at 5 on 5. Gomez doesn't bring that.
Remember, they were replacing Hartnell, not Briere. |

I have watched a fair amount of the Blues. Exciting team. I'm so dazzled by Tarasenko I don't notice the other aspects of their team. If Hitchcock doesn't ride them into the ground you would think a Cup run is in the cards. |

according to some tweets. Rinaldo is likely to be in the lineup tonight.

They are a deep team, too. Good mix on the roster. they're a fun team to watch, even after Tarasenko. |

Clean hit, no? Every Ranger should be smashed when the opportunity arises, but no need to chase a player for a legal (albeit demoralizing) hit. |

Absolutely a clean hit. I just don't like Callahan. Something about him rubs me the wrong way. |

Once Gustafsson plays himself into some game shape, I would expect him to be called up. |

I agree with you.
He's one of those players that, if he was on the Flyers, I'd be first in line to buy his jersey. |

Yes that, I haven't hated the Rangers in a while. With Tortorella now behind the bench the hate has returned immensely. |

Very good player, an intangible player with good skill. But he comes across as a douche. |

They've got a big body in McGinn and I think Gomez is just a better all-around player with equal-or-greater versatility at this point. Obviously, there is a size and style difference, but that's not a deterrent for me. |
