Have to think there will be a roster move or 2 today with brown injured and gardiner still experiencing concussion symptoms, could create 2 callups. gotta think hamilton is coming in for brown

nevermind the fact that he is leading the league in faceoffs won... is 5th overall in faceoff percentage for guys with over 100 draws and over the course of an 82 game season would be on pace for 55 points

bozak is a good player.. admittedly he's not a first line centre.. but considering him to be a pile of garbage is well.. stupid.

Thats all that he's doing right now. Winning faceoffs. You can insert Steckell in there and get the same results.

You would bring up Connolly before you brought up Hamilton, me thinks.

foolishness.. steckel skates like a dump truck without wheels.

he also doesnt have the same offense as bozak..

bozak is playing solid hockey right now.. he will never be an all star but he is far better than steckel.

the problem with that line last night? where the (frank) was JVR? he was invisible. and.. they are all trying to feed kessel too much.. the line is predictable right now

I agree. Despite the zebra's insertion that he is on a 55 point pace for 82 games, he has done sweet (frank) all this year offensively.

doubt he makes it through waivers tho..

how does that work now? is it still the 50/50 split for cap hit and salary?

2 goals and 2 assists in 6 games.

a rate of 0.667 points per game.

that puts him in a tie for 95th in the league

top 100 in scoring is sweet Richard all? your expectations are too high

Where was JVR?? He was parked in front of Miller as were the instructions that were given to him. That is why Kessel was able to have the puck as much as he did.

Bozak playing solid hockey?? C'mon Bruce, I havn't had my coffee yet, so tread lightly with that crap.

I thought that the waiver occurs when he is being sent down. And yes it would be 50/50 split on the cap hit.

Gardiner is healthy, what's keeping him out right now is game shape.

No more recall waivers. They cleared at the start of the year, they no longer have to clear this year

He is invisible. Any points that he gets are from a big fat juicey rebound, with a wide open net staring at him.

What did he do yesterday? Seriously, I never saw him other than at the dot. I saw JVR parked in front of Miller. I saw Kessel wizzing around with the puck, shooting, passing........ note did he ever pass to Bozak? Cause if he did, I must have missed it.

I'm going to go out on a limb here, and say that RC has a little chit chat with monsieur Bozak at practise.

The last few games? Missed that I guess. Yes he's been useless in those games (aside from faceoffs).

I hope you're right ....the way it's played out though makes me atleast wonder if he's still having some 'undisclosed' side effects.
