Dont be bitter.

You started becoming a regular in this thread this past week after the Habs rebounded from the loss to the Leafs. Your itch to troll is evident.

Grabovski was mishandled in Montreal. But if calling him a puke makes you feel better, I guess thats what this place is for.

- systemtool

Yeah...asp the troll.

Hes just calling a spade a spade.

I believe he's a scratch even at the AHL level.

LOL.

He (Grabo) wasn't a fit in Montreal, they also got a second which was used on a trade for Lang if I'm not mistaken.

or demanded a trade.
- sanfordnson

Perhaps he did. The Habs did make it clear they were not going to trade him, and maybe there was a reason for that. Being an RFA limits your options, and maybe a threat to be traded to Columbus was enough to make him cave. Lets not assume that he signed because he wanted to stay, nor should we assume he bolts the first chance he gets.

Markov is better. Always has been. Just always seems to get hurt.

PKs ceiling and ultimate potential are nowhere near determined. Hence the short term medium money. I think its a smart move actually. I realize its nowhere near the contract artistry of Lupul, but its still prudent.

- sanfordnson

markov has played how many games in the last 3 years?

yeah your right hes a keeper. i better get him tonight in my yahoo pool.

You're right - didn't consider the contract. No contender will think it's worth taking on. I couldn't figure out that extension: 4 years at 4.25 while he was out with a concussion and not nearly that good in the first place!? He must've known something about Burke's personal life to score that deal, it made absolutely no sense.

i though nonis did the deals ah contracts.

Why isn't he calling Subban a puke then? He fights with more teammates than Grabo did.

The problem is, its a club, not a spade.

I can say that Yakupov is too immature, not a team player, and should be traded due to it all. That doesnt turn clubs into spades. It just makes me sound bitter.

at least you can admit it was a horrendous choice.

and im quite calm, i think its funny the PK signing...lets rip off our best D man who's the face of the franchise so he doesnt resign.

I'm hoping I can insert Kadri where Grabovski is above in a month or two.
- 1979AD

unless your moving up grabovski to line 1, thats a stupid choice.

kadri would be better off playing wing with grabovski, it would be nice if someone was able to finish on grabo's passes.

I'm not bitter. I'm happy for him.

If your blue and white goggles cloud your vision so much that you can't even admit Grabovki was a bum in the past, then there's nothing I can say or do to change that.

- Pecafan Fan

when u have a guy who should be on the team getting no minutes, and he raises a stink, then you know you have a gamer, someone determined, unlike the Kostysten (spcheck) brothers.

grabo is certainly a totally different player now than he was when you acquired him, no doubt about that.

I have not thought he was a bum since he has been on the Leafs.

For who?

Leafs don't have anyone better at the moment who can replace Liles.

I think a more plausible scenario is an amnesty buyout in the summer of 2014.

Good point. They should have sent Galchenyuk back so Subbans feelings wouldnt be hurt.

I was talking hypothetically about Kadri being a puke, who gets his poop together and makes a nice NHL career for himself.
