Maybe we could get him cheap. He'd be a huge help.

I don't care for +/- unless it's taken in context. Carle also leads the team in ice time, by almost 2 full minutes. He's also facing, for the most part, the other team's best lines. His Relative Corsi QoC(quality of Competition) is tops among Lightning defensemen.
