Who cares about Kaleta - he is just another passenger on the dead-weight bus. This Sabres team needs a huge wake up call. They are playing pond hockey and losing too many games in a shortened season. Fire Ruff now - he is not the answer and will not become the answer. He has had his opportunity and his team do not respond.

Funny...it looks like he was trying to bail like he always does, only Lucic proceeded to pound the piss out of him anyway. Wouldn't call that much of "fight" when you let some guy wail away at your head...

What goes around comes around, and last night Kaleta got what comes around. Couldn't have happened to a more deserving scumbag and I am sure fans from many other teams in the NHL agree on that.

Since 06-07 he has been in 33 Fights, 20 in the NHL and 13 in the AHL....it be nice if you knew what you were talkig about before ripping him for not fighting.

Didn't even read your article until the end, and I have always respected the Sabres organization...but Kaleta deserves every single tiny piece of bad luck he gets in life. Karma owes this guy more than it could ever possibly dish out. He's a bad person to the core.

This was the last fight a buffalo sabre won.

Only going off of the replay provide but it looks like Kaleta's shoulders were perpedicular to the boards when Brown committed to the check. Seems Kaleta turned a bit @ impact.
