This sabres squad is a mess so far. They can't score goals and won't be able to all season. With Mtl and Ott playing so well the sabs are likely to fall to the bottom of the division and bottom 5 in the league. Idk about the rest of you but I'm hoping for Jonathan Drouin.

They have solid team defense, solid goaltending and they don't make mistakes. They have an identity.

We have pretty bad defense, average (at best) goaltending and make a TON of mistakes. Buffalo has no idea from one day to the next what type of team they'll be once they hit the ice.

And then we have Lindy....

The Sabres lost had losing streaks of 3+ games SIX times last year, the Bruins had TWO.

The Sabres already have their first 3+ losing streak this year - less than two weeks into the season.

This team should be better - not elite, but better. Ruff would have been fired by any other owner in the league by now - except Pegula.
